After payment is confirmed, use Etsy in a computer browser: Your account > Purchases and reviews > Download Files. Guest buyers can use the download link in their Etsy receipt email. Downloads are not currently available inside the Etsy app. Save the ZIP, extract it, read Start Here or Quick Start and explore the example workbook. Make a working copy of the clean workbook before entering your own records.

Desktop Microsoft Excel is required for the workbooks and is sold separately. Family Admin specifically requires Microsoft 365 desktop Excel. HR forms require Word, and fleet DOCX forms require Word or compatible software. A PDF reader opens the guides and printables. Check the individual listing: Google Sheets, web Excel and Mac support vary and are not claimed unless expressly stated.

You receive digital files only; no physical item is shipped. Each listing gives the exact current file inventory, formats, version and prepared capacity. Bundles include clean workbooks, fictional examples and instructions. Books and Microsoft software are sold separately. Demo names, rates and figures are fictional teaching data, not recommendations.

Every current Etsy listing has a £2.99 GBP base price. Etsy converts that amount into your chosen shopping currency and may add VAT or other applicable taxes. £2.99 and $2.99 are different amounts. Check the total Etsy displays before placing your order.

Message MercerLanePress through your Etsy order if a file is missing, will not open or does not match the listing. Include the product version, software and affected sheet or file. Remove private employee, customer, vehicle or household details before sharing. We can help identify the issue; Etsy Purchase Protection may also apply to eligible orders.
