If your items has arrived damaged, please take a photo of the item itself, the packing material and envelope and include these in your message to us.

If you item becomes lost in the mail and does not get marked as 'delivered' - please contact us right away so we can help you handle this matter!

We are not responsible for lost packages if you give us an incorrect address, it is the buyers responsibility to provide an accurate, current & safe delivery address!

*International orders are not considered lost until 8 weeks after shipping date.

All items come with tracking numbers, they will be emailed to you as soon as your item ships.

If the order has not been shipped we can easily change the shipping address, just contact us. However, if the order has already been shipped to the wrong address there is nothing we can do until it gets sent back to us. If orders are returned to us because of an incorrect address buyer is responsible for all shipping costs, including cost to resend item. We are not responsible for lost packages if you give us an incorrect address, it is the buyers responsibility to provide an accurate & current address!

I am not accepting custom-made requests for the entire year of 2021. I am giving myself some space to focus on expanding & evolving my designs. You will still be able to find plenty of new designs to pick from in my shop. I do weekly updates.

Exchanges may be accepted, to be determined based on situation. Please read the entire listing before purchasing so you know everything about the item you are buying.

You must notify me within 3 days of receiving item. Items must be returned in original condition & mailed back to me immediately. There are no exceptions to these time frames, all requests for exchanges will be denied if we are not notified within the given time frames.

Item must be sent back securely with a tracking number & insurance. Buyer is responsible for ALL shipping costs unless you receive a damaged package. United States orders, $3.50 will be deducted from refund for original shipping.

Requests to exchange may be denied depending on the circumstances!

We do not recommend wearing jewelry in the shower, pool or ocean! Some stones are not meant to be exposed to water for extended periods of time. Chemicals from soaps, chlorine from pools and even the salt in the ocean can have a permanent affect on certain pieces so it is best to avoid wearing your jewelry in the water!

Is your wire starting to look a little dull or oxidized after a few months? A jewelry polishing cloth will have it shining like new in a matter of seconds! This is common with certain types of metals that are left out for periods of time. I tend to keep my pieces in either a pouch or my jewelry box when they are not being worn, that prevents the oxidization from happening!

►►► We stand behind our jewelry 100%. If properly cared for, our pieces should last you a lifetime! I offer free minor repairs on all of *our* pieces, no matter how long ago you bought it. Minor repairs are chain repair/replacement & clasp replacements from normal wear & tear. We understand that accidents do happen and if you need a major repair done, for whatever reason, please contact us and we will see what can be done!
