Care instructions

All my items are made to be used as photography props.
They are not designed for everyday wear!
Do not leave a baby unattended due to choking hazard as some hats / headbands have ribbons, small pearls and beads.
Please hand wash all items carefully with a warm water and lay flat to dry.

Custom and personalized orders

If desired by the buyer, the product can be customized in an appropriate way. Custom orders are welcome!
I will create your unique stuff with pleasure!
Custom orders may take longer to ship, depending on the inquiry.

Gift wrapping and packaging

If you wish, we can pack your order as a gift. Please state this if you need it. I will be happy to add a card with a wish - please indicate what you want the text in the card to be.

Wholesale availability

Wholesale orders are welcome! Please message me as some items are only available in limited quantity.

Shipping Method

All items are shipped via Registered Air Mail with a tracking number, delivered upon signature. For upgraded express shipping, please send a message.
Registered mail provides a solid proof of shipping. Its tracking, however, also depends on the recipient's country postal carrier conditions (not all countries support detailed online tracking)
Registered mail is one of the most reliable and safe ways of shipping and always requires signature upon delivery. If you are not at home, the postal carrier must leave a notice that your package is available for pick up from the post office.
IMPORTANT: If a package is not claimed within 15-20 days it will be returned to the sender.

Unclaimed Packages

Packages that were returned to me because address is incorrect/undeliverable or were unclaimed (not picked up from the post office, if not received at home) will be refunded minus the shipping costs. If a package is to be sent again for any of the above reasons, an invoice for the shipping costs will be sent to you.

How to care:
- Hand wash only in cold water with a mild detergent, do not twist or wash in the washing machine. - Shape and lay on a towel to dry. Change the towel if it gets very wet.
- Toys can only be washed by hand, without squeezing, placed on a towel, giving shape, when the towel gets wet, change it to dry.
