I received the card very quickly! It was wrapped and packaged very nicely! I almost didn't want to un-wrap it! =) The card is very well made, and exactly as pictured. Seller communicated every step of the way. Great transaction! =)

I design, illustrate, prepare and package all of my paper goods from my lovely little studio in a 200 year-old cottage located in the quaint village of Sugar Loaf, New York.
I help her do everything by following her from room to room wherever she goes. When I'm not sleeping or barking, I love ear scratches and belly rubs.

Additional shipping information
I make every effort to ship as soon as possible but most shipments are sent within two to three business days upon receipt of full payment.
All items will be carefully packaged and shipped via USPS with tracking. Each print and/or card will be packaged in a plastic protector and prints will also have a cardboard insert to insure they do not bend. Each order will be placed in a heavy-duty mailer.
I ship through Etsy to the address provided in your Etsy account. Please make sure that address is the one you desire your package shipped to. If you are shipping to a different address be sure to let me know. In the event the address you provide is incorrect you will be charged for me to reship the item to you once it is returned to me.
Additional Returns information
Any damages/losses will be handled on a case by case basis.
I do my best to provide a clear picture and good description of all of my products so you receive exactly what you expected. I do not offer cash refunds. I offer replacement for orders lost in the mail or damaged upon arrival.
If an item is received damaged please contact me immediately. If you do happen to receive an item that is damaged in shipping, please include a photo of the problem in your communication. In most cases, I'll just send you a replacement for a damaged item, but I may ask you to return the item at your shipping cost.
