Additional shipping information
PLEASE READ:
IMPORTANT: I am not responsible for items once they are shipped and leave my hands. I will no longer issue any replacements for items lost or mis-delivered by the Post Office when you choose standard First Class shipping with no tracking.
Standard first class mail delivery is inconsistent and can take upwards of 2-3 weeks to arrive in extreme cases - please allow adequate/extra time for shipping. These delays by USPS are beyond my control. I do not consider an item “lost” until 30 days have elapsed since it was shipped. “Delivered” items will not be considered lost. I do not send replacements or issue refunds for shipments that are “Delivered”.
Additional Returns information
Any damages/losses will be handled on a case by case basis.
I do my best to provide a clear picture and good description of all of my products so you receive exactly what you expected.
If an item is received damaged please contact me immediately. If you do happen to receive an item that is damaged in shipping, please include a photo of the problem in your communication. In most cases, I'll just send you a replacement for a damaged item, but I may ask you to return the item at your shipping cost.
