It all began with a search for the perfect sign!
It all started with a wooden sign! I was looking through the internet for some inspiration for some signs I was creating for my home. With some left over wood I decided to make another sign - seeing signs up on ETSY I was inspired to create and try selling some online. I started with a simple Memento Vivere Sign and soon was asked by a client if I could create a Here Comes the Bride sign for her. And that's where it began. I began creating wooden signs and putting them up and surprisingly selling them!
After 2 years of making wooden signs I became obsessed with paper! I have always loved scrapbooking paper and collect it much like I collect material- a LOT! So I started to work on signs that would incorporate both scrapbooking materials and the styles that I had created in my wooden signs. Thus the next chapter of my shop was created. Merry Me Signs today has changed greatly from the wooden signs, but I am proud to now offer a unique alternative. I love all the paper choices that are available and I think it is a great light weight option for weddings.
