Frequently asked questions
Will I receive a physical item?
No. These are digital files to print at home. Printed activities, physical books, toys, paper, ink, frames and shipping are not included. Check each listing for its exact contents and setup instructions.
What files will I receive?
Merrywick's printable games, coloring pages and activities are digital downloads to print at home. Check each listing for the exact files, contents, paper sizes, setup needs and use permissions before purchasing. Some purchases include ZIP archives; download all parts and follow the included guide before printing. Keep mystery-game answers and host hints separate from the players.
Can I print at home?
Yes. Choose the paper size named in your purchase, such as US Letter or A4. Follow the included guide; use 100% or Actual Size when instructed. Print one test page first and check the orientation and margins before printing the rest. Paper, ink and printer settings affect the result. For mystery games, keep the host hints and answer pages separate from the players.
How do I download an instant-download purchase?
After payment clears, open Etsy in a web browser and go to Purchases to download your files. Guest buyers can use the download link in their Etsy email. The Etsy app does not support digital downloads. Save the files to your device and read any included guide before printing. Personalized orders follow the delivery time in their listing.
Is the artwork created with AI?
Some designs are created with AI assistance and reviewed before listing. Each relevant listing discloses AI use and shows the included artwork. Printable layouts are prepared with design software.
Can I sell or share the printed designs?
Check the use permissions in your purchased listing and any included guide. Follow those terms for printing, gifting or classroom use; do not assume a purchase includes commercial rights. Digital files may not be resold or redistributed. If anything is unclear, message me on Etsy before sharing or selling. This FAQ does not change the permissions supplied with an existing purchase.
How do I open a ZIP bundle?
Download every file named in the listing through Etsy in a web browser and save them to your device. For a standard ZIP, use Extract or Unzip, then read the included guide.
If the filenames include .z01 and .zip, this is a split ZIP: keep every part together in one folder with its original filename. Use an archive app that supports split ZIPs and begin extraction from the .zip file. The .z01 part is not a standalone image or a normal ZIP. Some built-in phone and computer unzip tools cannot open split archives.
Need help? Message me with the exact filenames and your device type.
