I purchased a reading and it immediately says "Delivered" but I don't see anything and there's nothing to download?
All of my readings are listed as digital files, so even though you'll see the status as "Delivered" please allow 3-5 business days for your reading(s) to arrive via email. Once your reading(s) have been emailed to you, you'll receive a pdf "Thank You" note from me.
Why haven't I received a confirmation email yet?
