Hello and welcome to Messy Bed Studio!
I come from a family of makers and entrepreneurs. My mom paints and her mom was an amazing cook and did fine crochet work. My grandfather was a carpenter and my dad was another talented cook. When I was younger my parents owned an old general store which they ran for over 20 years and had an antique store too. I feel like being here on Etsy with my own creations, in my own virtual storefront was meant to be.
At Messy Bed Studio you will find a mix of art and design that is sometimes serious and thought provoking and sometimes playful and humorous. MBS offers mixed media paintings, hand illustrated calendars, prints and notebooks that I hope will enhance your home and life. One of the best parts of this job is that I get to do it all. My two hands are in everything from the design and creation, to the photography and packaging and to the final delivery to the post office. Each step is filled with love.
