I ordered several calendar dish towels as Christmas gifts and they were well received. The fabric had a good feel and the B&W design was much to my liking (one recipient called the design Japanese inspired). The order also shipped very quickly. And since I gave away all the towels I had initially ordered I had to turn around and order a couple more so that I would have one for myself as well!

The mundane made beautiful

My business grew out of my love of pattern and textiles. My background and training (BFA, MFA) are in painting, and all my work has used, and been based in, repeating motifs. I originally started my business working on paper and producing stationary, but I had always wanted to produce textiles and where better to start than with the quintessential British item - a tea towel.
