I am Leticia Espiga the designer behind Metalli 925 brand. My main focus when I design a piece to be wear is the connection between the object and my Client. Always I am looking for new shapes and elements that give the brand its own identity.
All the pieces are handmade, every piece is different, even if the design is the same pattern. They are made one by one and takes his own shape and finishing. Each piece is handcrafted using raw materials, the old way, like has been done from centuries.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION :
All our pieces come in a hard beautifully box printed with our own LOGO "Metalli 925 " and a beige ribbon knot, ready for gift giving! We don't include the receipt in gift box, in this way you do not have to worry about sending the gift direct to the new lucky owner!!!!
Since each item is handmade, please allow for slight variations.

Payment is due when order is complete.
We accept credit and Debit cards, Paypal and Etsy checkout.
SHIPPING INFORMATION
We ship through USPS First Class Mail.
* Domestic US: 7 to 10 days for delivery
* Canada: 1 to 4 weeks
* International: 1 to 5 weeks depending of the Country.
Shipping times does not includes the time to make the piece. Please consider that before to order a custom or a made to order piece.
If you want express shipping services, those are available for an additional cost. We will work diligently to find the best deal in shipping rates. If this is your case, please message us first so we can arrange that service for you.
We will do our best to meet these shipping estimates but cannot guarantee them. Actual delivery time will depend on the shipping method you choose.
Please make sure your shipping address is correct at check out. Metalli925 is not responsible for shipping charges due to wrong information.
If you need your order by a specific date, please let me know and we will do our best to try to accommodate your request.
When you purchase more than one item from our shop in one order, you have to pay only one shipping fee.
International buyers are responsible for any Tax or Fee related to importing goods and custom.
Metalli925 is not responsible for stolen packages. Of this is a know issue in the country you live or place you are receiving the package, or you are concerned about the possibility of theft, please request insurance or a signature required at delivery
We do provide tracking number; however, you have to know that USPS is only carrying your package until the parcel nationalization in the country of destiny. After that point, is your National Post service who is responsible for package delivery.

REFOUNDS AND EXCHANGES
Made to order or custom pieces are not refundable. I can't accept returns for custom or personalized orders. Please, be sure your measures and dimensions are right. Double check the listing measures and dimensions for every item on that.
You can contact me regarding anything doubt or clarification about dimensions.
Ready to ship items are non-refundable after 3 days of receive the item. After 3 days of you receive the item this would not be eligible for returns. Item would be unworn and unaltered from original state. You will be refounding after shipping charges. Buyer is also responsible for any return postage fee.
Refunds will be submitted once returned merchandise is received back from buyer in original conditions.
Damaged items: We will send out a new item once the damaged item has been mailed back and received. All damaged items must be returned with its original package within two weeks of the date of purchase.

As all items are handmade, the item in the photograph may vary slightly from the item you receive. Any earrings photographed on models were sample items - the items you receive have not been worn!
Metalli 925 offers a free one time resize for rings if it does not fit correctly. Shipping cost will be by the customer.
If you lose a match to your earrings I will be happy to replace the lost earring. Contact me and I will set up a custom link for you in my shop. I will charge half of the price of the full pair plus shipping. We are NOT responsible for the loss of an earring(s).
We do not accept packages that are return without notifying me for exchanges.
I welcome custom requests and would love to work with you on your ideas, just send me a message.
Jewelry will tarnish over time. It is up to the Buyer to understand the materials and metals that they are purchasing and understand the maintenance that may be required to keep the pieces bright and shiny. (please see below care recommendations)
To keep it looking its best use an appropriate jewelry cleaner solution for the piece. Be careful with certain stones and pearls so not to damage them.

HOW I CARE MY JEWELRY
Please follow these tips to extend your jewelry’s longevity:
• Gemstones are delicate and need to be handled with care. To care for your jewelry, items should
not be worn swimming or in the shower.
. Do not wear it while showering, swimming, sleeping, or during any vigorous activity.
• Avoid perfume, lotion, sunscreen, and other chemicals getting on jewelry directly. After each use, gently wipe it clean with a soft cloth.
• Put on jewelry after putting clothes on and remove it before taking clothes off to avoid having it accidentally caught on your clothing.
• Store your clean and dry jewelry in airtight zip lock in a dark and dry place after each use or for long periods of non-use.
• Using a silver-polishing cloth is a great tool to make your sterling silver jewelry shine again if the pieces have become dull or some tarnish appeared. Can be purchased in every jewelry shop.
HOW TO CLEANING YOUR JEWELRY AT HOME
Pour a small amount of mild soap into lukewarm water and use a small, soft toothbrush to clean your jewelry. Toothbrushes are ideal for cleaning jewelry with intricate details, which can otherwise be difficult to clean. If the dirt is hard to remove, soak the jewelry in clean water.
