Gianluca kept me well-informed of the printing and shipping process, and was quick to respond to my messages. The ears arrived well before Etsy's estimated date, and they're fantastic! I'm glad I paid a little extra to get the inserts in onyx black sparkle rather than plain black, it's not super noticeable from a distance but it adds a nice touch. I like the adjustable brightness of the LEDs and being able to configure each ear independently. They do get out of sync in the colour changing modes, but I mostly keep them in solid colours anyway.

My son loves the train

I'm loving my cute ears! It's easy to change out the battery too.

The seller reached out to say they were going to ship much earlier than expected which was great. The train is so cool and so well crafted. It's incredibly sturdy, great detail, and perfect for Halloween. My kiddo absolutely loved it. Plus the train came with additional side plates! Such a great buy, I would definitely buy from this shop again!

This is a really good engine for custom makers if you want to buy it in white

The cat ears are SO cute and exactly what I was wanting. They arrived well packaged and quickly, exactly as pictured and described. bonus I didn't realize you could change the color of the ears individually or together.

This is one of the coolest things that my fiance and I have seen! Super fast shipping, great communication & great product!! Highly recommend!

LOOOOVE THEM! High quality and easy to put on as well 😊 & Super cute! 🐼 Love how you can put one ear a different color than the other which is pretty cool!

Had an idea in mind and this seller made it happen! So happy with the custom train, I highly recommend!!

I am very very happy with my purchase.
