I do not offer custom requests, what is in my shop is what I have available for sale. I do not provide custom design requests of any kind. Thank you for your understanding.
Hours of Operation: Monday - Friday 9 am-6 pm PST.
Metro-Events started in Austin TX and is now located in Las Vegas, NV
Any emails or phone calls that are received outside the hours of operation will be addressed during shop hours.
The majority of the designs in this shop are Corjl templates, I am currently in the process of changing all the PDFs to Corjl templates. Please contact me if you order a PDF and prefer a Corjl template, I will convert it for you and send it free of charge.

Frequently asked questions
What is this
Digital files or printed party supplies. If you are ordering a digital file(s), no items will be shipped. If you are ordering printed files, a print proof will be sent to you via message on your Etsy account for approval. Once your artwork is approved the print production will begin.
How many can I print if I order a digital file?
You may print as many as you need: This file is for personal use only. You may not forward, share, sell or distribute the file.
What are your shop hours?
MON-FRI 9am - 6pm PST
What are the production times?
● Digital files are accessible as soon as your payment clears through the Etsy payment system. You will either receive an email from Corjl with access to your file or you can download your file directly from your Etsy account. Please refer to the order page for which type of file you purchased.
● For Printed thank you cards: Turnaround is 2-4 business days UPON artwork approval. Your print proof will be sent to you within 24 business hours of purchase.
Printed items ship to US and Canada residents ONLY.

Do your prints come with envelopes?
No they do not come with envelopes, we may have coordinating envelopes available depending on the design you order, please contact us for more information.
Are you open on the weekends?
Metro-Events is closed on the weekends, all emails and orders placed on the weekend will be responded to on the following Monday.
What kind of paper is used for the prints?
All printed invitations are printed on 16pt premium cardstock with a protective UV gloss coating.
