Metal has a soul, and for the last 15 years, I have been learning how to set it free.
My journey with woodworking began over a decade and a half ago in a small, dust-filled workshop. What started as a fascination with the raw, natural textures of timber evolved into a lifelong passion for precision and form. I spent years mastering traditional techniques, but my heart always pulled me toward the future—toward the intersection of nature and modern design.
For the past 15 years, I have dedicated my life to perfecting the art of the "polygonal soul.". Each sculpture I create, like this geometric cheetah, is the result of thousands of hours of practice. I don't just cut wood; I calculate every angle and every facet to ensure that the light plays across the surface just right, bringing a static block of wood to life.
Why I do this:
• Experience: 15 years of hands-on craftsmanship means I understand the "character" of every piece of wood I touch.
• Precision: My transition into low-poly art allowed me to combine my technical woodworking skills with a modern, digital-inspired aesthetic.
• Quality: Every item that leaves my workshop is a piece of my history—a culmination of fifteen years of trial, error, and eventual mastery.
When you hold one of my sculptures, you aren't just holding a decorative item. You are holding 15 years of passion, splinters, and dreams.
Thank you for supporting an artist who still believes in the magic of handmade craft.
