Any made to order/custom made orders, or altered by the customer or items damaged after receipt, items modified at your request and made according to your specifications are NOT refundable.

Engagement rings, wedding bands, signet rings, bracelets,.... any kind of jewelry made to order/custom made in the size/design/metal specified by the customer are not returnable.

We do not warranty gems against cracks, chips, breakage, or loss after you purchase.

With the exception of items that have special care notes and/or warnings about their fragile nature.

Our jewelry is designed to be worn by people with active lifestyles.

No jewelry should be worn in a chlorinated pool, but you should be able to sleep and shower in it.

*** Domestic Shipping: All packages are mailed fully insured by USPS mail (priority or express). If other shipping method is preferred, please let us know in advance and we provide you with price quote.

*** IMPORTANT ON INTERNATIONAL PURCHASES and SHIPPING:
Shipping fee does NOT include VAT, Customs DUTIES fees and taxes of your country, please check your own country's shipping policies for the fees that will be charged when the item has arrived in your country's customs.

Please do not purchase if you cannot pay for your countries customs duties.

The USPS does not offer insured shipping or items are prohibited to mail to these countries, we cannot take responsibility if a package sent gets lost or damaged in transit.

Please note we have a right to cancel a transaction if the shipping address is one of the countries from the above list.

The list will be updated in accordance to the USPS policies.

In order to make a custom order, 50% deposit of model cost must be paid, including but not limited to renders, CAD designs, CAD files and mold, before any work will be done.

The remainder of the charge will be due when the model or work is ready for shipping.

Deposits will not be refunded for cancellations of custom order when process of print file and making off the model and casting is done. Please be sure about your order before placing it.

If you have any specific idea you want to make that is not listed in my shop or you want to change my designs, I have the ability for designing and producing items for you. All I need very simple sketch or an image with dimensions, sizes and information.

Time and cost of designing and producing new model depends on model complexity. I will let you know the total price before start producing model.
