As a buyer outside the EU, am I responsible for return shipping costs?

In the event that your order has not arrived within 2 months or was delivered to you damaged or the description is not correct, you will receive a full refund. However, in all other cases you are responsible for returning it to me. The item must be returned in the original packaging, insured and with tracking. I also request that you use your national postal service and NOT the services of, for example, DHL, FedEx or UPS. Unlike your national postal service, they charge a handling fee which, unfortunately, I will have to deduct from the amount to be refunded in the event you still want to send it with one of the other carriers.
