Tariff Update: So far so good, however, because I have switched to a shipper that offers DDP for my in-house items (duty paid postage so you don't get slammed with fees when you receive your order), I have had to increase my shipping rates by a few dollars to cover those costs. However, this means you will continue to get your items in a timely manner (as much as possible with customs these days), and I get to keep shipping to you! Yay!

To all my wonderful US customers:
With the deminimis at the US border being removed, please be advised that you are responsible for any and all customs and duty charges that the postal service/border may apply to your shipment. However, there is good news:
The majority of my apparel and accessories are created with production partners that have facilities in both Canada and the US, so those items should continue to ship as normal, or with duties included thankfully! (fingers crossed)

The tarrifs will largely affect some items in my shop such as my self-published oracle cards, chakra cards, clear vinyl stickers, 'ready to ship' apparel, and crystals, which, for the time being, will no longer be available to US customers until all these tariff issues get sorted out (or go away).

In order to save my sanity and try to keep myself afloat, if it looks like the tariffs will in fact start to affect my orders to the US, I will have to pull US shipping from my online shop. I will count on you, my US customers to let me know how my shipments to you are affected before I make this change.

I am sorry this is happening. All I want to do is bring some joy and magic to the world, and I will continue to do so whatever it takes.

Big News! I will be combining two of my Etsy shops in order to honour the direction my life is taking and to simplify and make room for great things in 2025.

I'm not keen on these policies as they do not allow transparency of the tax rates, so please send complaints to Etsy as these changes are a literal nightmare for all Canadian businesses and customers on Etsy.

Please note production times on my apparel are about 10 business days, and there is shipping time on top of that. Shipping upgrades are available, but they don't necessarily shorten production time, only shipping time.
All cancellations must be made within 5 hours of purchase, beyond that time I can only offer a store credit for use on a future purchase.

All of my textiles/clothing is printed and custom made to order, I cannot easily replace a garment that was not ordered in the correct size (in fact those costs come out of my pocket!). Please check your sizing on the charts provided in every listing before ordering, as i can only offer exchange or credit on a case by case basis. No refunds.

In order to resolve cases, I need to be contacted within a reasonable amount of time from the product shipping date. For any issue regarding an order, I must be contacted with 10 days of the ship date for Canadian and US orders or within 15 days for international orders or I may not be able to help resolve the issue. Items that have been worn will not be refunded.

Please note, international customers are responsible for any and all customs and duty charges that the postal service may apply to their shipment.
