How long do I have to wait to receive my order?
All Michellia jewelry is handmade to order. Our lead time varies between 6 to 8 weeks throughout the year, so please refer to our front page announcement and the shipping section of our product detail page for a more accurate shipping timeline.
For U.S. domestic delivery, please place your order at least one month and half (1 1/2 months) prior to your desired delivery date. If you live outside of U.S, we recommend that you place your order two (2) months prior to your desired delivery date to account for potential delay in the custom clearance process.

Can you rush my order?
If you have an urgent deadline to meet (less than 5 weeks), please message or email us with the specific style (link), metal choice, and desired size. We cannot rush our standard production process, so rush orders can only be accommodated if we have the exact item in stock. Given the scarcity of our ready-to-ship inventory, it is recommended that you make plans ahead of time and allow us to craft your perfect piece to order.
If a stock piece is available in your desired style/metal choice but in a different size, we are happy to offer a one-time resizing service free of charge. Our turnaround time for resizing stock items is 7 business days. Please message or email us for our ready-to-ship stock availability.
How do I find out about my ring size?

For most accurate fitting, we recommend going to a trusted local jewelry store to get professionally sized in person. If you live outside of the US, please refer to our ring size guide above for measurement conversion.
Do you offer any warranty on your jewelry?
Yes, we offer lifetime warranty on all Michellia jewelry. Please refer to the "Returns and Exchanges" section in our shop policy page for detailed warranty information.
Do you have a physical store/showroom for me to visit?
We do not currently have a physical location as we try to keep our prices down and better serve our clients. However, please follow us on Instagram @michelliafinejewelry and visit us at our official site at www.michellia.com to receive our lastest news and updates!
Do you accept returns and exchanges?
Every effort will be made to ensure your satisfaction with your Michellia purchase. We accept returns and exchanges on most orders within 30 days of initial delivery. Since each piece of Michellia Jewelry is individually handcrafted to order, all returns (excluding ones related to craftsmanship defects) will incur a 30% restocking fee.
If you wish to exchange your piece for a different style, we can apply the full amount (minus the exchange fee) of your original purchase to a new purchase of equal or greater value. Exchange is limited to one time per customer; A one-time $100 exchange fee will be charged for all exchanges to cover additional shipping & handling.

Do you offer custom work for different center stones, accent stone, design changes etc?
Yes, we are happy to source any center stone or accent stone of your choice (subject to market availability). We are also able to accomodate design customizations if they fits within our oeuvre of work. Please email us at support@michellia.com with your preferred design and your customization requests to get started on the process.
