Easy sale, good communication, lovely piece

Because we live pretty close I picked up the piece at the warehouse loading dock. It was incredibly well packed in a purpose built crate. It made me a little nervous not to physically see the piece before purchase but when we took it out of the crate it was 100% perfect. Ben's communication was great too.

Beautiful and as described. Very happy with my purchase. Item was in good condition and I can tell I will enjoy it for years to come. Had a delay in the shipping but it was not a problem. The shipper contacted me and rescheduled the appointment well in advance. Once they arrived they were on time and were careful with the item and in the space. Would buy furniture from this store again.

the item came well packaged and essentially intact. My only caveat would be that one of the locks did not work and appears to have part of a key broken off into the lock. I will contact a locksmith to see if it can be repaired. The wood was undamaged and the keys came in a bag tied to the cabinet, so it appears that the key/lock were damaged prior to wrapping for shipment. Otherwise, it is a stunning piece of furniture. Unfortunate that I am forced to repair the lock in order to keep one of the doors closed.

Excellent item. Just as described in listing. I was a little concerned about having a wardrobe shipped to me but my item was packaged and protected excellently and the seller used an excellent shipper. Overall, I feel the item was priced appropriately and the shipping charges were reasonable as well. Great experience with this seller.
