The vintage and antique items sold in our store have been used and loved by their previous owner(s) and, therefore, may show evidence of imperfections and/or wear. We inspect each item closely and do our very best to provide detailed descriptions and photographs to accurately describe the item and its condition. Much of the information we provide is based on diligent research, however, we do not hold ourselves as experts and, as such, cannot guarantee the authenticity of an item. Each item is sold as-is. No warranties are expressed or implied and we do not accept returns. Please contact us if you would like more detailed information or pictures, as we want you to be happy with your purchase.

We ship many fragile, delicate and one-of-a-kind items. We take great care to make sure they are securely packaged and well protected, reusing boxes and padding whenever possible. We do our best to calculate shipping costs based on the size and weight of the box. Although our goal is to keep shipping costs as low as possible, we don’t want to cut corners in properly packaging your item. If we get it wrong, we will refund any overcharges exceeding $2.00. All items are shipped promptly via USPS after payment is cleared.

Even with such great care taken to wrap your item safely, damage during shipping may still happen. Please tell us about any damaged items ASAP. As we typically ship only through USPS Priority Mail, the item will be insured. To ensure full compensation, photograph the damages and send photos to us so that we can work it out with the post office (or other shipping company). Please retain the damaged item and packaging until resolution, as these are likely required for any insurance damage
claims.
