When Will My Order Arrive?

Woohoo! You made a purchase, and now for the hard part - the wait! How long do you have to stalk the mailman?

We ship twice a week, within 3-5 business days of your order.

We ship from Canada, and getting across the country, crossing the border or crossing an ocean takes time. Shipping times are estimated below:

CANADA: 1 - 2 weeks

I Changed My Mind, Can I Return It?

As a general rule, we don't want you to return your yarn - we want you to love it! We try to be very thorough in our listings, so you know what you are ordering.

If there is something wrong with your order, please contact us with any concerns you may have within 5 - 7 days of receiving it. We are more than willing to discuss any issues you have. Returns will be considered on a case-to-case basis.

That said, we will NOT accept any returns if the yarn is not in resalable condition. It must return to us as carefully as it was sent to you - sealed in a clear bag and placed in an envelope. Returns will be at the expense of the buyer. If we are able to accept the return, we will refund the price of the yarn only.

Can I Order a Custom Color?

We love our customers, and get so much inspiration from seeing others projects and color choices!

At this time, though, we are not taking custom orders for brand new colorways. We are very busy trying to get some of the colors out of our own heads and onto yarn and into the shop!

If we have offered a colorway in the past and is currently sold out, please do send us a message! We'd be happy to dye some up for you on our next dye day.

Why Is My Yarn FLAT?

Shipping is very expensive within Canada. To ship a skein of yarn, it literally costs less to ship as an Expedited parcel than to ship it as a regular parcel. We almost passed out when we found out that 1 skein can cost up to $17 to ship to QC (and about the same to NFLD, ON & BC)!!

So to offer you affordable shipping, we are using Canada Posts "Oversize Lettermail" option, which costs considerably less. In order for the yarn to slip through the SLOT OF DOOM, we have to vacuum seal the yarn, which mean we have to get the yarn as flat as possible - and this means we untwist the yarn.

If you would rather get a twisted skein (not flat) package, we can send it for an additional cost - just choose Expedited package for shipping - your choice!
