⭐ Processing time for orders is only 1 to 2 business days. I generally ship on Wednesday and Saturday.
⭐ Every order has tracking (though occasionally it may not show in the system). No worries! If your order doesn't arrive within 30 days (40 days for international orders), I will file an insurance claim to replace it or refund you. (However, if the package is marked delivered by the postal service, I cannot file a claim for replacements or refunds.)
⭐ Please be sure to look at all images of the cards and read descriptions before you buy, so you know exactly what you are getting! I post images of every card in each deck.
⭐ I cannot accept returns. However, if you have concerns with your purchase, please CONTACT ME before leaving a review, so we can work out a solution.
⭐ My cards are priced so that you are getting the best deal possible! Due to rising costs of printing, supplies, and postage, I cannot offer further discounts.
⭐ Sadly, sometimes packages get stolen. If a package is marked delivered, I cannot replace it due to mail theft. Please file a claim with your post office and ask your mail carrier to confirm delivery if this happens to you. Sometimes Etsy support can also help.
