    The seller is a wonderful person to work with. She took the time to answer my questions and make sure that she got my personalizations correct for the keychains. She is so good at what she does! The keychains I ordered arrived just in time for when I needed them by. Unfortunately, the items did arrive damaged, perhaps due to shipping, but when I messaged the seller about it, she refunded me immediately. She is a pleasure to work with and I would definitely buy from her again!
