Had issues with getting the item in a timely manner and communicating regularly with the maker/seller. But they promised a free second item for all the trouble. It's been over a month and I still haven't received it but I'm holding out hope. I would still recommend this product but if you need it by a certain date make sure you put an extra 3-4 weeks lead time on top of whatever it says on the Etsy page.

The mirror is beautiful and very big my only problem is I wanted to pay it through klarna and the seller didn’t even respond to my messages, which was a little upsetting and disappointing for a business communication is key! It took forever to ship but when it actually did it arrived in the next two days.

I did receive my mirror broken. Michael did send me another one, but that ended up broken as well, but DO NOT let that deter you from buying one of his mirrors! They are of excellent quality and solid wood that holds them together. The mirrors are thick. I will be buying another mirror in the future. The seller was fantastic and willing to do anything for his customers. Thank you for everything!!!!
