Commercial Licensing Policy
Designs in this shop may be used commercially with the appropriate license. Commercial licensing allows buyers to create and sell physical products using artwork purchased from this shop.
License Requirement
A separate license must be purchased for each individual design used.
Licenses are not transferable between designs.

Standard Commercial Use
Most digital designs include a Standard Commercial License (Included in the purchase of the design)
This allows buyers to:
• Create and sell up to 500 finished physical products using the purchased design
• Sell products through online stores, craft markets, or retail shops
This license is intended for small handmade businesses and Etsy sellers.

Extended Commercial License
The Extended Commercial License allows larger production quantities.
With this license you may:
• Produce up to 5,000 finished physical products
• OR print up to 1,000 yards of fabric using the licensed design
• Sell printed fabric or finished products commercially
This license is suitable for growing businesses and larger Etsy shops.

Unlimited Manufacturing License
The Unlimited Manufacturing License allows high-volume production.
With this license you may:
• Produce unlimited finished physical products
• Print unlimited yardage of fabric
• Manufacture and sell products through retail, wholesale, or online marketplaces
This license is intended for print shops, manufacturers, and large production runs.

Allowed Modifications
Minor adjustments for production are permitted, including:
• Resizing or scaling the design
• Color adjustments for printing
• Formatting the artwork for manufacturing requirements
The artwork may not be significantly altered into a new design.

Prohibited Uses
The following uses are strictly prohibited:
• Reselling or redistributing the digital artwork files
• Sharing artwork files with third parties
• Uploading the designs to digital marketplaces
• Claiming the artwork as your own
• Creating new digital products using the artwork

Copyright
All artwork remains the intellectual property of the original designer.
Purchasing a license grants usage rights only and does not transfer copyright ownership.
