Custom and personalized orders
To order custom prints with multi colors, message is identifying the colors to be used for the print
Is this a ‘print to order’ service or do you have ready made and available
We have already made multiple prints for ready availability and have the ability to create and ship prints on the same day- if necessary.
Can I order a taller print ?
Absolutely, just message our store with the requested height - prior to ordering as there are limitations.
Is the filament healthy
Yes all our ‘prusament’ filament are environmentally conscious.
Are the items dishwasher / laundry safe
No. Do not place items in dishwasher / laundry units as the PLA is very durable; it has a relatively low melting point.
Why can’t I cancel after I pay ?
As your order is processed- we start creating your item (s). We do have some items in inventory - but some of our orders are custom and most of our prints are ‘made to order.’
To avoid mistakes- thoroughly check you order prior to paying and communicate via message- if you have any questions of concern.
