Care instructions

To keep your gear looking its best, clean it with warm water and mild soap. Rinse thoroughly and air dry or dry with a cloth.

Sizing details

To measure your dog’s neck, use a soft measuring tape and wrap it around the base of the neck, where the collar will naturally sit.

The tape should lie flat against your dog’s fur, and you should be able to comfortably slide two fingers between the tape and the neck to ensure a secure yet comfortable fit.

Take note of the measurement in inches and round up to the nearest half-inch for extra comfort.

If you don’t have a measuring tape, you can use a piece of string or ribbon and then measure it against a ruler.

Your collar will have five holes punched, with your dog's neck size being the third hole.

Please note that we are not responsible for lost or damaged packages once they have been shipped. For extra peace of mind, shipping insurance is available starting at just $1.

Lifetime Warranty

We offer a lifetime warranty on products that become defective due to regular use. Please note that we do not replace items that have been chewed, torn, or intentionally damaged. A clear photograph of the defective item is required to process a replacement. Shipping costs are not included and will apply to all replacement items.
