The story behind Mill Muzzle™
After my family and I had been milling fresh flour for a while, I noticed something was missing. When I set up my own Mockmill 100, I searched the box for a cover to protect the flour spout. I thought I’d lost it—until a quick search revealed the truth: there simply wasn't a cap designed for this mill.
My mother pointed out the obvious: "It’s wide open! Anything could crawl in there!" Knowing my passion for 3D printing, she jokingly challenged me to design one myself. I took that challenge seriously.
After countless sketches, measurements, and failed prototypes, I finally engineered a cap that fit perfectly. My family has been debris and bug-free since 2024. But I knew I could do better than 3D-printed plastic. To truly serve the milling community, these needed to be professional, food-grade silicone—soft, flexible, and dishwasher safe.
Today, I use precision 3D-printed molds to cast each Mill Muzzle™ in high-quality silicone, available in 3 colors! Every piece is hand-inspected and tested before it leaves my shop.
This has been an incredible journey, and as a Christian-operated business, we are proud to offer you peace of mind between every batch of flour.
I want to see happy customers. I want to hear how Mill Muzzle™ has given YOU peace of mind--and always remember...MILL. GATHER. PRAY.
