I started my career as an engineer working a typical 9-5 job (and loved it!) After having my first child, my husband and I decided that staying home to raise our family was the most important job I could have, and we were lucky enough to be able to make it work for us. So I quit! Having more time to devote to my family and changing to a single income household (read: we were broke), I started using my creativity more and more in my daily life to become a true domestic engineer. I sewed more and crafted more so that I could make some luxuries we couldn't afford otherwise. After making all of the decorations for my kid's first birthday party and receiving lots of compliments from family, I was encouraged to open up my own shop! Since then, I have continued to grow and have absolutely loved making every single item that goes out my doors.

I love creating things and using my passion for crafting to incorporate unique, handmade touches into the lives of my kids, my family, my friends, and myself. Almost everything you'll see in my shop has been created to fill a personal need in my life- my kid's birthday party, my cousin's wedding, gifts for friends and who knows what will be next! I'm constantly inspired to challenge myself creatively and only hope that my creations can be useful for someone else!
