Return shipping costs

Buyer pays for return shipping costs and shipping costs will be deducted from any free shipping returns, if accepted.

Gift wrapping and packaging

We package all our items very carefully to give the highest possibility of all items arriving undamaged.

We also offer gift wrapping on any items for a fee.

Do I have tracking with my order?

Each order will specify if you have tracking or not with that order. If you do not you can get tracking for an additional fee.
If you have tracking with your order will we sent you the tracking number with your shipping notification.

After you filled your tracking number in on the link, you will be able to see the shipping carrier from your own country on the bottom right plus the new tracking number they use for the shipping in your own country.

What if my order hasn't arrived yet

Please note that shipping can take longer sometimes due to customs or other shipping delays. If you have received a tracking number with your order, please check your tracking. If your order isn't able to be tracked or appears to be stuck/missing for several weeks. Please contact me so I can have the postal service investigate the situation. All investigations have to take place within 60 days after shipment in order to be able to look into the situation if/when a package goes missing. If you contact me after 60 days after shipment, the postal service can no longer help and neither can I. So please keep track of your purchase and contact me when you have any questions or concerns.
