Here are a couple of things to note when purchasing from my shop.

All templates are currently sold as-is as stated in their listing, unless otherwise specified. You're welcome to request a custom listing if you'd like colour modifications or a custom design.

Make sure you're purchasing the correct listing for your blog. At the moment I only offer templates for self-hosted wordpress. These will NOT work with wordpress.com.

PLEASE save your files and keep sufficient backups of them. I will not keep copies of these files indefinitely.

All designs (including graphics, illustrations, code, and layout) are property of Ffion Evans, and are protected by copyright.

All graphics, illustrations, code and layouts are intended to be used as given, with the exception of header customisation. All blog and webdesigns are to be used only by the specified client on the domain for which it was originally designed. (If you relocate your blog to a new domain, this is okay, but let me know about it.)

You may not re-sell, re-use, change, share or give away the purchased design or parts of the design.

You are not permitted to make changes to the design, EXCEPT by creating a child theme for your wordpress site.

By purchasing my templates, you are purchasing a single non-exclusive, non-transferable limited use license. The copyright for the design and all design elements remains with Ffion Evans.

DESIGN CREDIT

After installation of any blog designs by Ffion Evans (Mindflight) you are required to display a text link or a graphic link back to (http://www.kaleidoskop-grafik.de) unless other arrangements have been made. The client guarantees these links will remain in place as long as any portion or element of my design remains on his or her site. Removal of this link is in violation of this agreement.

PROBLEMS

I test my themes before publishing them in my shop, but as they are still relatively new, there may still be some bugs I haven't uncovered yet. If you run into problems with installing or running the theme, please let me know immediately and I will try to fix the problem ASAP.
