Hobby und Beruf in einem - von der Bastlerin zur Designerin
I was actually creative as a child. I loved painting and crafting. At some point it was no longer enough for me to just paint and I also tried my hand at plastic things. It has always been clear to me: I want a creative profession! After graduating from high school, I therefore studied communication design in Dortmund and completed the course of study in 2013 with my Bacherlor. After that, I started working in a company as a graphic designer, which I still do today. However, there was still so much creativity in my head that I decided to work part-time as a graphic designer. Graphic design is therefore not only my profession, but also my hobby :) Said done I find to develop articles. By creating invitation cards and stationeries for my friends, I quickly found pleasure in this area and my head was bursting with ideas! That's why I opened my own shop on Etsy here last October.
I am still at the beginning and am a small one-woman company, but I create all my products by hand and with a lot of love! :)
I love my job and the opportunity to sell my articles here and make other people happy with it! :)
Kreativ war ich tatsächlich schon als Kind. Ich liebte es zu malen und zu basteln. Irgendwann reichte es mir nicht mehr nur zu malen und ich versuchte mich auch an plastischen Dingen. Für mich war schon immer klar: ich möchte mal einen kreativen Beruf! Nach dem Abitur habe ich deshalb Kommunikationsdesign in Dortmund studiert und den Studiengang 2013 mit meinem Bacherlor abgeschlossen. Danach habe ich angefangen in einem Unternehmen als Grafikerin zu arbeiten, was ich bis heute auch tue. Allerdings war da immernoch so viel Kreativität in meinem Kopf über, das ich mich entschloss auch Nebenberuflich als Grafikerin zu arbeiten. Grafikdesign ist somit nicht nur mein Beruf, sondern auch mein Hobby :) Gesagt getan find ich an Artikel zu entwickeln. Durch das erstellen von Einladungskarten und Papeterien für meine Freunde fand ich schnell gefallen an diesem Bereich und mein Kopf sprühte vor Ideen! Deshalb eröffnete ich letztes Jahr im Oktober meinen eigenen Shop auf Etsy hier.
Ich stehe noch am Anfang und bin ein kleines Ein-Frau-Unternehmen, aber alle meine Produkte erstelle ich in Handarbeit und mit viel Liebe! :)
Ich liebe meinen Beruf und die Möglichkeit hier meine Artikel zu verkaufen und so anderen Menschen eine Freude damit zu machen! :)
