5 out of 5 starsI sent them a message and got a quick response back! He was very helpful with all my design questions! I received my journal sooner than expected. It was just as shown in the mockup design with one exception, a long streak flaw going up the back right through the words! It was too much of a flaw. I contacted the designer back and with no hesitation he made and sent me a new one with his apologies. I just received the new one today and I’m over the moon happy with it and very excited to give it to my granddaughter! I will definitely use them again in the future.

Within a few minutes he had a product for review. The shipping exceeded the original delivery date snd was able to be tracked at each step. Payment options Were abundant including PayPal..
