Shipping, processing times & address changes
Orders are made to order. Current processing times are shown on each listing and at checkout, and may be longer during peak seasons. Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout, address changes aren't guaranteed once an order is in production. If you need an address update, message us as soon as possible. If your item arrives damaged or with a manufacturing issue, contact us within 30 days of delivery with photos and we'll make it right.
Sizing details
Sizing details are listed in the product photos and in each listing description. For apparel, please compare the size chart to a similar item you own for the best fit. If you’re between sizes, sizing up is usually the safer choice.
Care instructions
Care instructions are included in each listing. As a general guide: wash apparel inside-out in cold water and tumble dry low (or hang dry). Avoid ironing directly over the print. For drinkware, follow the listing guidance (dishwasher/microwave suitability varies by product).
Custom and personalized orders
We don't offer fully custom designs at this time. Some items may include small personalization options when available on the listing (e.g., name or date). Please double-check spelling and details before checkout. If you need a quick clarification, message us before ordering.
Gift wrapping and packaging
Gift wrapping isn't available at this time. You can still mark an order as a gift at checkout and add a gift message, which will appear on the packing slip.
