Custom and personalized orders
If you would like to make a individual order just send me a message! You can change details of any baby mobile in listing (colours, size, toys etc.). Also you can send to us a picture of your interior and we can match the colour. We can sew a personal mobile for your baby, indicating the name of your baby on the toy (cloud, moon, crown)
Sizing details
-Diameter of the top hoop 24 cm (9.5 inches)
-The average length of mobiles is 40-50 cm (15.8-20 inches)
-Weight is 400-700 grams (0.9-1.5 lb.)
Care instructions
Mobiles are not washable but are easy to clean with a sticky roller, steam iron or a soft soaked brush.
Gift wrapping and packaging
We pack all our mobiles in beautiful white branded boxes. Inside the box you can find care instructions, and a cute postcard with warm words for your baby.
Shipping
We are sending all over the world and all packages have a registration number, they can be tracked in the Post tracking system.
It takes around 14-30 business days all over the world.
We're not responsible for items held up in customs in your country, all customs fees, taxes, tariffs, or receiving fees incurred. We are not responsible for any lost or damaged international orders once they have shipped under any circumstances.
Returns and exchange details
If for some reason you are not happy with your purchase, please let us know within 14 days after arrival - we would find a way out.
In case of a cancellation or return the return shipment is paid by the customer. The parcel must be packed well. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
After receiving the parcel, we will refund you the order cost. Shipping cost NOT refunded.
Please note that if the item is returned due to being unclaimed, the buyer covers shipping costs and, if required, re-shipping costs at all times.
Cancellation of personalized and custom orders is not possible.

Ensure that the adress is correct prior to placing an order. If any package is never piced up from the postal office, or requires re-shipment due to an incorrect address (or any reason), the buyer is responsible for paying the subsequent reshipment fees.
