We accept all returns/exchanges within 21days of delivery as long as all items are unworn and the packaging is intact. The cost of the return parcel and reshipment will be borne by customers except for the defective issues.

Please kindly refer that products that are returned are subject to evaluation and will not qualify for a refund or exchange if they do not meet the required conditions.

We are not responsible for any returning items lost during the delivery without tracking. If you are required to ship the items back to us, kindly use a trackable shipping service of your choice and keep the tracking number for your records.

We are warranted against defects in jewellery however warranty periods vary depending on the type of the material.

Please note that we cannot offer a warranty regarding all the issues when a customer lost the items.

ㆍSterling Silver
As with most precious metals, Sterling Silver can tarnish but this is less likely to occur by cleaning use of a polishing cloth or silver cleaner. Toothpaste or baking soda is an alternative silver cleaner.

ㆍPlated jewellery
MINIMORE does not guarantee that its gold or rose gold plated jewellery will last forever. These plated pieces are, by default, more fragile and liable to lose their color over time. The speed at which plating fades will depend on multiple variables,from the chemicals used for skin care, level of perspiration or even in skin PH. For this reason, we highly suggest wearing jewellery regularly to help prevent the plating from wearing off with special jewellery care.

All the jewels at Minimore come in standard packaging, but If you want it to be extra-special for the gift, click the 'Gift Packaging' option at the drop-down menu before checking out. We can also add some gift message onto your special gift for a personalized touch.
