Mini Mounts Co. was created from a fascination with miniature orchids and the way they naturally grow as epiphytes, attaching their roots to bark, branches, and textured surfaces rather than growing in soil.
Each Mini Mount begins with an individual orchid and a carefully selected mount. Reclaimed wine and champagne corks remain part of our story, but the collection has grown to include natural cork bark, cholla wood, pine cones, driftwood, terracotta, oak bark, and other distinctive materials chosen for both plant health and visual character.
Every orchid is mounted by hand and given time to acclimate before being offered for sale. We look for visible signs of establishment, such as active roots or new growth, because mounted does not automatically mean established.
