ORDER ISSUES
If there is an issue with any order received we ask that you reach out to us within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the items in their original packaging. After review we will offer possible resolutions.
SHIPPING, PACKAGE HANDLING
‣ Your order will be packaged with care, but please keep in mind once your package is handed off to USPS they are a different entity than us. We do not control their package handling, shipping delays, etc.
‣ Please note that USPS does not guarantee arrival dates of packages. I cannot guarantee delivery times, but provide estimates as provided by the carrier. I do not take responsibility for any shipment delays.
‣ Orders are shipped to the delivery address entered by the buyer when the order was placed. Please ensure your delivery details are correct. I am unable to redirect packages or process any refunds once your package has left my hands.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
The buyer accepts full responsibility to file any claim(s) with carrier for damaged, stolen and/or lost shipments. If your order is 48 hours passed the expected delivery date, please contact your local mail carrier or post office to file a claim. I cannot be held accountable for packages where tracking information states that the package has been delivered to your order address. I am unable to provide refunds or replacements for missing packages. I am not responsible for packages that are stolen from your doorstep/porch or parcel locker that were delivered by the carrier.

WHY IS MY PLANT SO SMALL?
Please keep in mind the name of our shop, MINI PLANTS. All listings state you will receive a 2 inch potted item. Buyers are responsible for reading descriptions prior to purchasing.
WINTER HEAT PACKS
We ship from Ohio and cannot guarantee how your items will arrive when temperatures are below 40 degrees. Heat Packs are available in our shop to add-on to your order for extra protection. Please keep in mind where your plants are coming from and the transit they'll go through to get to you. Heat Pack add-on's are a great way to reduce the transit shock/stress your plants will endure.
