4 out of 5 starsThe first bell arrived w a spelling error and the silver made the print difficult to see. A replacement was sent (2 actually), one in black as requested and another in silver. Customer service was quick to fix the issue and shipped quickly! I would def recommend!

Word to the wise, sizes run a little small, I wear size medium shirts (sometimes even small) and these probably should have been size large to fit me. Professional results. Takes my outfits next Level! Very pleased!

4 out of 5 starsIt’s cute the engraving shows a brassy look does not match the chrome and you can barely read the engraving and it came with scratches on it. I guess better scratches on it then scratches on it when it’s on the bike.

I contacted the seller and he responded immediately, looked into the issue, and kept me updated. After a few days, he issued a refund in good faith, which I GREATLY appreciated. Although I wasn’t able to receive the product, the seller handled the situation professionally and showed EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE! I will continue to do business with this seller again in the future!
