The digital link was sent immediately and we appreciated the seller reaching out to us to make sure we received the download okay. Highly recommend! It was very easy to navigate and edit on Canva!

Can I customize the design the way I want?
You can edit any product you purchase as a template. I will share a Canva template link with you for editing, and I will give you a free Canva guide.
If I contact you, how long will it take for you to get back to me?
I usually respond to messages within 24 hours and will do everything I can to find a solution, no matter what the problem is.
Which program is used to create the products?
I use Canva to create the products, and after you place your order, I share the necessary Canva link with you so you can edit it.
what are you promising
I strive to create meaningful designs that are minimalist yet organized, carefully crafted, and sure to bring a smile to your face when you see them, avoiding excessive ostentation.
What happens after I place an order?
When you place an order, Etsy automatically sends your order to the Email address you registered with Etsy. When you download the PDF from the link sent to you, you will find the order details in the PDF. Again, you can message me via Etsy in any case.
Do you have any physical products for sale?
We have envisioned our store as digital from the very beginning. We always take our customers’ feedback into consideration. Customers often state that they prefer instant downloading rather than waiting for the order to arrive at their homes. For this reason, we do not sell physical products. However, we do our best to make digital products easy to use so that everyone can comfortably edit and use them. Please remember that you can contact us if you have any questions.
