Are there any physical items I will receive?
No, you will not receive any physical items from minsapaperdesign.
I do not sell printed inserts; all items listed are digital download. Your files will be available to download once payment is confirmed.
Can I edit / add words to your files?
No, files are non-editable. You are not allowed to change, add or edit files.
*Files can be opened on Goodnotes or Notability.
Do you accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations? I Can I get a refund?
No, I don't accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations in any circumstances (eg: repeat purchases of the same items, wrong size, wrong items). Digital items cannot be returned due to nature of the products, so therefore cannot be refunded. All sales are final.
To avoid purchases of incorrect items (eg. wrong items, wrong sizes) please review the item and read the listings description carefully before placing an order.
But if you are having a problem with my printables, please contact me first, I will be happy to help you.
Can I share or resell your digital products?
No, all items in this store are for personal use only. Commercial use is not permitted. You are not allowed to edit, adjust, distribute, share publicly or sell any of these products. I spent a lot of time on my items and shop so please respect copyright and keep the files for your personal use.
