They reached out beforehand with some concerns about placing my design on the left chest, as the intricate details would make it quite small. They recommended placing it across the middle of the chest, underneath the zipper, instead, which I ended up going with. The embroidery turned out amazing, and all the details of my design really shined! I was slightly disappointed that the text on my sleeve was smaller than I expected, but I did request that it be kept to a single line, so I understand why it ended up that way. All in all, I'm quite happy with what I received, especially considering the price I paid and the service I received. The sweaters also arrived very quickly, which was an added bonus!

At Mintify24, every piece is custom-made just for you! We offer personalized embroidery featuring custom text (names, dates, initials), your own uploaded photos, logos, or our design templates.
Once you place an order, our design team will send you a digital proof within 1–3 business days.
You can request unlimited free revisions until it’s perfectly aligned with your vision.
!Please note that production only begins after you approve the design proof. If you need to change personalization details, please contact us ASAP; changes are easily accommodated before the final proof is approved.
Sizing details
We use premium apparel brands like Gildan, Comfort Colors, and Bella Canvas.
Fit varies by brand: Gildan runs slightly larger, so size down for a fitted look; Comfort Colors has a relaxed, vintage feel but may shrink slightly after the first wash, so we recommend sizing up
If you prefer a trendy oversized or cozy fit, we highly recommend ordering 1 to 2 sizes larger than your standard size

Care instructions
We want your custom embroidered apparel to look vibrant and last for years! Our professional-grade, high-density embroidery is designed to withstand regular wear.
To keep it in perfect condition, always turn the garment inside out before washing.
Machine wash in cold water on a gentle cycle to protect the threads and the fabric.
For drying, we recommend hanging the item to dry naturally or tumble drying on a low heat setting.
Most importantly, never iron directly over the embroidered design, as high heat can damage the threads.
Following these simple care steps will ensure your personalized sweatshirts, hoodies, and tees maintain their crisp, beautiful appearance wash after wash
Gift wrapping and packaging
Many of our custom embroidered items are purchased as special gifts for loved ones (anniversaries, birthdays, pet lovers, nurses)!
While we currently do not offer specialized gift wrapping paper, every order is securely and neatly packaged to ensure it arrives in pristine condition.
We do not include printed invoices or pricing details inside the package, making it completely safe to ship directly to your recipient.
If you are sending a gift directly and the recipient might not know who it's from, they can contact us with a photo of the package, and we can help identify the sender (with your permission).
