I will always offer a 100% free of charge file update to any previous orders. I will do my best to reach out to those who have ordered a file that I've updated but if I miss you feel free to message me! Dropbox links to the new file, along with a summary of what changed, will be provided via the Etsy message system.

Because these are digital downloads, refunds are not typically offered once files are downloaded.

However:

Duplicate purchases are always refunded promptly

If a file is corrupted or there’s an issue I can’t resolve by sending a replacement file, I will of course take care of you

All designs are digitized in Wilcom and test stitched on real embroidery machines to ensure clean stitching and smooth results. Many customers who are new to machine embroidery successfully use my files.

Yes, minor resizing is allowed.
You may slightly increase or decrease the size of the design (generally within 5–10%) using your embroidery software without affecting stitch quality.

Large resizing may cause stitch issues, so I recommend keeping adjustments minimal. If you need a specific size, feel free to message me — I’m happy to help when possible.

Yes — you may sell finished physical products made using my embroidery designs.
