Each listing has a specific time frame according to how long it takes for me to process and ship out your order. However, I do my best to work on multiple orders quickly. Some times your item may come quicker than expected but not longer than the stated number of days on the listing.

Be assured that all my etsy items are made in a smoke and pet free home. I have a designated space in my apartment where i work on my etsy items.

Yes! You can contact me directly on etsy and i can have that arranged. I can make a note with special packaging. This may cost a little bit extra and will depend according to the listing. Contact me before you make an order so that i can arrange for that and give you shipping prices.

I ship all my items with USPS first class mail which normally takes 1 to 3 business days but may be affected due to whether which i am not responsible for. If you would like a different shipping option you can message me before placing an order to give you prices. I offer both local and international shipping.

I do accept returns and cancellations. With returns, buyers are responsible for shipping costs. Item should be in original packaging in order to be returned. However, i will refund the original amount paid for the order upon inspection of the item. Items on sale and custom orders are exempt from returns (See my shop policies). I accept cancellations before i ship out your order. Make sure to do so within 24 hours (See my shop policies).

In each of my listings i have specifically indicated how to care for each piece i make. However, I advise to generally keep each item separately to prevent damage through scratching, pulling on thread for some pieces as well as moisture.

When you make a purchase a tracking number is provided with it. I ship with USPS so it will be a USPS tracking number. I will advise you to track with the USPS website because it updates faster than Etsy's tracking service. For international packages especially some countries make it difficult to track the item when its left the USA but rest assured if there are any issues such as it being lost or damaged i am ready to work it out. It normally takes 11 to 30 days to arrive but it may take longer. In some cases it can be delayed due to customs clearance

I really prefer to do my business online on Etsy because of my other duties around the house such as taking care of my son. Besides that, its much easier for me to just prepare your order and ship it out in the mail and you get it quicker than in person. Plus my work station maybe too messy at the time as i have to work on so many pieces per day
