loved the pattern, not used to Zip but figured it out

This really is a fun sewing project... I made my first version with great pleasure. I'm already looking for fabric no. 2 that I want to use in a pair of those nice trousers, and maybe with some nice lace for a little extra Wimsy. I find it a clear and easy pattern to sew and highly recommended.

It turned out to be a beautiful house dress, exactly what I wanted for something quick and easy to wear that is still neat. I also find it a fun pattern to make, so there will definitely be more. The instructions are clear and the pattern has many variations that I will certainly try as well.

This is a perfect pattern! I’ve made the house dress several times and this pattern has an improvement in the images used for each step. It came together easily, fit was perfect. Very happy!

Good pattern, easy to tejp the pdf together and the fit of the bodice is perfect

I have had a lot of fun making this pattern! I have made two from thrifted bedsheets. The second one I hacked to be sleeveless by adding binding just like for the front bodice pieces. Because of the 5/8" seam allowance there is room to finish the edges with French seams, which makes it so nice inside. I plan to make the puff sleeve version next in a cotton gauze I bought. I have to make more because the two versions I've made are the only dresses I want to wear now!!

Excellent and easy pattern to make! Very straightforward directions and accompanying video to follow. I love the thoughtful tone that comes across in this pattern, as well as suggestions for finding lace trim options.
