How do I download my files?
Once your payment is confirmed, Etsy will send you a download link by email.
You can also access your files anytime by going to “Purchases and reviews” in your Etsy account.
Can I get a refund if I change my mind?
Because my products are digital, I don’t accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations.
However, if you have any issues with your files, feel free to message me - I’m always happy to help.
Can I use your designs for commercial projects?
License terms vary depending on the product type:
Clipart sets include a commercial license - you may use them for personal and commercial printed products, as well as for digital end products that include added creative elements (such as text, design, or overlays). You may not resell, share, or redistribute the original files as they are, or use them to create new clipart sets, patterns, or digital resources for sale.
Postcards, bookmarks, gift tags, planners, and other products are for personal use only - you may print them for yourself or as gifts, but you may not resell, share, or modify the designs to create new products for sale.
Can I print your postcards at home?
Yes! You can print them at home using a standard printer and high-quality paper - I recommend using heavy cardstock (200 gsm or higher) or photo paper for best results.
You can also take the files to a local print shop or use an online printing service.
Do I need special software to use your clipart or games?
No special software is needed.
After purchase, you’ll receive a PDF file with a link to a Google Drive folder containing your files.
Clipart and digital papers include high-resolution PNG/JPEG files (transparent background where applicable).
Printable products also include ready-to-print PDF files.
All files can be opened on any basic device.
