1 out of 5 starsThe listing says "mosaic glass". The photo is a misrpresentation, as the material is not reflective. With discounts and shipping, I paid 201.67 (origianl price of 414.00 US). In the fine print, it does say "printed", but even that is not good quality. When I asked for a refund, the Seller offered 45.00. So now I will be donating (down $150.00) a piece of glass covering a round piece of paper. I'm not sure if anyone will pay $10 for it at a thrift store or Good will. I uploaded the photo that best represents the true product. I wrote "yours" in blue and included a picture of a true mosaic glass wall hanging while corresponding with the Seller.

We would like to clarify a few details for customers reading this review. Our glass products are created using UV printing, and the printing and production process was explained before the order was placed. The customer’s first order was produced using the same process and was received positively, which led to a second order. Unfortunately, there was a concern with the second order. Once we were informed, we offered the option to return the item or to have a new replacement produced and shipped completely free of charge. We have made every effort to resolve this matter and remain willing to provide the replacement offered. We value our customers and always aim to provide clear communication, quality products, and fair solutions.
