After ordering you can expect to see your first proof usually within 36 hours. I do send you a confirmation email to give you a specific timeframe as to when your proof will be ready.

You can receive your proof within 12 hours by purchasing the "Rush Order" listing, in addition to your invitation listing.

At this point in time I only offer high resolution, digital invitations for you to print on your own either at home or at a local printing service.

I am hoping in the future to be able to offer printing, so I'll keep you updated 😊

I always try to get back to my customers right away, but of course, I'm not at a computer all of the time. So please allow 24 hours, but typically I can respond to messages much sooner.

Typically most of my invitations are sized to 5" x 7" which use an A7 envelope.

If you wanted the design to be in a 4" x 6" size or another custom size, please don't hesitate to ask, as usually I can always accommodate those requests.

When selecting how you would like your final files prepared, I typically save the design either in a 2-UP PDF format or as a single JPEG.

For the 2-UP PDF, that is 2 - 5" x 7" invites placed on a standard 8.5" x 11" page along with trim lines so that you can easily print from home and then just trim to size.

If you are taking your design to a photo lab, then you would typically need the single 5" x 7" JPEG.

Personally, I have had great results using Staples and quite a few of my customers use them too and have been very happy with their results. They do offer uploading your files through their website, and even backside printing options as well. So it's a pretty painless process and then you can pick up your order right at your local store.

I have also have had wonderful results with Shutterfly and they do offer quite a few paper options too.

I typically recommend using a nice bright white cardstock thats at least 100lb or above for best results.

If you are ordering an invitation that uses an image, I recommend sending a high resolution JPEG that is un-cropped. It is usually better if the subject of the photo is centered in the image area with plenty of space on the top, bottom, left and right side, so that I can move it around my image area for the best fit.

On a very rare occurrence, your printer or copy center may ask for permission to print digital files. If that situation occurs, please get in contact with me asap via convo or email {at} mischicreative {at} gmail {dot} com and I can send you a print okay right away.
