This is a solo-operated party papercraft shop. Orders are processed based on the customer’s party date, with a standard processing time of 1 week, depending on current order volume and the required delivery timeframe. If there are any delays, the customer will be notified via Etsy messages.

If the party date is less than 7 days away, it falls outside the standard processing window. The customer is responsible for any upgraded shipping fees to meet their deadline. Rush order fees are determined on a case-by-case basis depending on urgency and production time. Customers should send a quick message before purchasing to confirm availability and pricing.

PARTY DATES & PROCESSING TIMES

Providing a party date at checkout helps prioritize orders based on current scheduling. Please note that submitting a party date does not override the shop’s stated processing or shipping times.

Orders that do not include a party date or have party dates falling outside the 2-week window, will be processed as normal - unless the customer contacts the shop in advance to confirm rush availability and selects an upgraded shipping option.

Orders will not be canceled or refunded if the customer declines to upgrade shipping or add a rush fee when their party date falls outside the current 2-week processing window.

It is the customer’s responsibility to plan accordingly and communicate in advance if expedited processing is needed. Choosing not to pay for the necessary upgrades to meet a tight deadline does not qualify as grounds for cancellation, refund, or dispute - no exceptions.

While the shop does its best to accommodate when possible, customers are responsible for choosing the appropriate shipping method for their timeline.

RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS

Due to the personalized and handmade nature of the items — and for sanitary reasons — the shop does not accept returns, refunds, or cancellations. Once an order is placed, it enters processing.

In rare exceptions and at the shop’s discretion, a return may be approved within 15 days of the original delivery date. All returned items must be sealed, unused, and in their original condition and packaging. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. A refund will be issued only after the returned item is received and reviewed. Item(s) must be both postmarked and delivered to the return address within 15 days of the delivery date - no exceptions.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY DISCLAIMER

Once an order has been shipped, delivery is the responsibility of the postal carrier (typically USPS). MCL is not liable for delays, lost, stolen, or damaged packages caused during transit. These situations are completely out of the shop’s control. If your order is marked as delivered but not received, or arrives damaged, please contact USPS directly to file a claim.
