Screen printed items

All my t-shirts, tote bags and tea-towels are screen printed individually by me. Please understand that this process means there will be slight variants in each print, at times slight fade in parts of the print – this adds to the charm of it being a hand-made item and not a mass produced product and does not indicate a defect in the item.

Care instructions for printed items

Turn item inside out before washing. Cold, gentle wash with mild eco-friendly detergent. Dry in the shade.

Gift wrapping and packaging

I offer gift wrapping and can provide a hand written small print when you add gift wrapping on checkout. Be sure to specify the message you would like me to write or if you would like the print left blank so you can write on it.
Items are wrapped in hand painted brown paper with a ribbon.

Reproduction of my artwork

All copyright and reproduction rights are retained by (me) the artist. Artwork may not be reproduced by any process without the express written permission of (me) the artist.

Shipping/Tracking

I ship through Australia Post, please see each item for shipping options as they vary.
Some items I only send with tracking and others can be sent without tracking. You can upgrade to tracked shipping for faster and more secure delivery on items.
I can not be held responsible if your order does not arrive if it is shipped without tracking.

Processing/Shipping times

I will aim to ship your order within 2 - 3 days of receiving payment.
Please see shop announcements for any changes to shipping times.

Shipping times vary depending on location, usually between 3 – 14 business days.

Please remember these are average delivery times and may take longer if customs delays the package.

Returns/Exchanges/Refunds

I only offer refunds & exchanges on certain items & with conditions. I do not offer refunds or exchanges for the following: Change of mind, you don’t like it, you bought the wrong size, your order didn’t arrive & you didn’t upgrade to tracked shipping.
If your item arrives damaged, please contact me with photos of item on the day it arrives. If return accepted, items must be returned with any tags still attached & in the condition it was sent in. Shipping fees on returns or exchanges will be the customer’s responsibility. There will be no replacements for loss or damage that occurs during transit. I can’t guarantee that I will have the same item in stock to exchange for. Please contact me & we can work something out.

Incorrect address

Refunds and replacements will not be issued for incorrect addresses. Please ensure you have your correct address on file. If your item is returned to me I can arrange for it to be posted again if you cover the postage cost of re-sending it.

Can I return or get a refund on leggings?

No, leggings can not be returned or refunded, but please contact me if you have any issues with your order.

Refund/Cancellation/Exchanges on blankets?

No, blankets can not be refunded, exchanged or returned. If there is an issue with the quality of the blanket, please message me with photos.
