All items are available on wooden or IRON sticks.

Dear Jennifer, we already send you our apology for missing item and two convos. This item was shipped and delivered to you on time according to the USPS tracking and was left at your disposal as a gift. After contacting you we issued a full money refund according to our business ethics. Our clients gets money back if they not satisfied with the services or the product.

If you have a rush order, please be advised that your item will ship only after payment has "cleared" through paypal (e-checks take 3-5 days to clear)

If you decide to cancel an order before shipping please note that PayPal comission and state taxes can't be returned.

♥ Please make sure your Etsy address is correct when you checkout! I will send all shipments to this address and not your Paypal address.
Contact me if you need different address to ship your order.
♥ If you need a rush order (less than 2-3 weeks), or bulk order please convo me BEFORE you purchase.
Usually delivery takes about 10-15 days.

♥ NOTE: If your package wasn't delivered (client wrote wrong adress, package wasn't picked up from the post office) and was returned to me, I can send it again but you'll be responsible to pay the second shipping.
I send all packages with international registered airmail from Kiev, Ukraine. It includes tracking number so contact us if you need it*
♥ NOTE: some local postal services does not provide on-line tracking for international registered airmail. Such as: Germany, UK, France, Italy and Australian post. So we can track your package only in Ukraine and USA
